Based on the same study from the previous two posts, the energy consumption for food was calculated. The food ranged from bread to milk, meat to vegetables and everything in between. The consumption of food = 41.6 GJ = 41600 MJ = 11556 kWh/year = 13.77 kWh/day per person
Note: This number takes farming & fertilizer into consideration.
